    Recipes are great and workouts are even better. I feel like I've learned a lot about workouts and they're for sure something I'll take forward with me.

    Before my time with you I would go through a hundred reasons in my head as to why I kept 'falling off the wagon' - need more protein, need more carbs, don't have certain foods in the house, restrict calories to 1600 in the week and go to 4k on the weekends etc.

    Clearly it is just mindset. Which is so obvious now but bizarrely isn't when you're in the midst of daily life. Mindset to say you'll make healthy, balanced choices. Cake one day, nutritious food the next few etc.

    Overall happy with progress throughout my time with you. I have a certain pair of black jeans and a few t-shirts that, prior to us starting, didn't fit nicely at all. They all do now. Which is great! Also have more muscle definition than I think I've ever had which again, is great!

    I have been vegan for a couple of years, but never paid much attention to my nutrition. With an increased offer of attractive and tasty vegan "junk food" options on the market and after going through some health issues, my weight grew to a level I was not comfortable with anymore.

    I've been working with Miguel for the past 3 months and I could't be happier!

    My main goal was to learn about strenght training, but also to improve my vegan diet.     I have been working with Miguel since January 2022! I am a fit and healthy person, but watched Miguel on Social Media for several months before deciding to work with him to change up my regimen, learn more about strength training and continue to improve my overall health and wellness, mind and body!



    Miguel's workouts have been challenging, yet still fun. He is able to accommodate for so many situations like home gyms, traveling, injuries and more! My strength has definitely improved while learning more about how to avoid working out too much! Not to mention his help with one-on-one videos to be sure form is correct. He continually provides guidance until the movement is completed accurately to avoid injury! This is huge for personal trainers, in my opinion, as so many I have worked with in the past are lacking in this area!


    Meal plans, oh my goodness, just about every recipe Miguel has provided has been easy to prepare with simple ingredients and AMAZING flavor! I love food and Miguel has done a great job providing me those foods which I enjoy to the fullest as well as incorporating nutritional supplements that I used prior to joining his coaching program.



    I consider myself a little high maintenance when it comes to my wellness journey as I ask many questions along the way. Miguel is so patient and knowledgeable and answers every question I have!     I had Miguel as coach for a year and I can say it has been a very useful, inspiring and pleasant journey.

    When I started I had just decided to go fully vegan and I felt the need to have some help with it; how to eat healthy and on a balanced way and at the same time remain fit or even get fitter and stronger.

    Miguel has been a great companion during this learning process, providing tasty and healthy meal plans allowing me to discover the ins and outs about a vegan lifestyle, and very useful training programs that really helped me achieving my goals.

    Miguel was somehow always there, replying almost instantly to any questions I had, or by reaching out to me based on the data he had seen in the app, reacting to workouts done or to food stats I had registered. His presence was pleasant, it felt right from the start someone who is sincerely interested and who made a real effort helping me.

    During this year I did not always have access to a gym, because of frequent periods abroad, but then Miguel each time proactively adapted my workout program. When we started I also had problems with an old shoulder injury, which sometimes made we had to adapt the workout program. I write “we” as Miguel did it together with me, showing empathy and great listening skills, and providing useful feedback and help.

    Before, I also went to a gym a few times a week, but sometimes I overtrained and got injured, what I learned from Miguel is that its better to focus more on longer term goals and being consistent.

    One year later I’m confident in being vegan and am sure it will last, and I’m fitter then I was when we started, despite of the shoulder injury. Thanks Miguel!

    If you are reading this, you are maybe considering Miguel to be your coach. Go for it, you won’t regret. It will probably be one of the best decisions you have taken to improve your health and general wellbeing. Miguel is quite knowledgeable, extremely professional, and will guide you to achieve your personal goals in a healthy way, whatever those goals might be.

    When I started this journey with Miguel, my personal goals were to lose weight in a healthy way in the first place, and also to get fitter. A little over 4 months have passed and I am 7.5 kg (!) lighter, and I feel great, strong and relieved - I don’t think about loosing weight several times during the day anymore.

    The meals are nutritious, well-balanced, delicious and simple to prepare. I never feel hungry (isn’t that amazing if I am loosing weight at this pace?) and I don’t have cravings anymore. I don’t feel that I am depriving myself of anything. Now I know how much I should eat in order not to gain weight, which is absolutely valuable for the future.

    The workout plans are personalized and adapt as I get stronger. It is amazing what 40 minutes of workout, 5 times a week can do to our body!

    Miguel really cares about my progress and is always there for me, either giving words of encouragement and good advice, or changing something that needs to be updated. And he is extremely sweet and an awesome person.

    Working with Miguel for the past 2 months has been an incredible experience!! I have learnt so much about how my body works: Why do I have these cravings now and how to satisfy them in a healthy way? Why my body weigh fluctuates and what does it mean? How I can feel energised and even more happy based on the food I eat and how much I move!?

    Miguel has also helped me understand which foods are good and healthy for me when following a fully vegan diet (I started the coaching as vegetarian), which is something I have struggled with a lot since I stoped eating meat and fish three years ago - too many fast and processed food options for vegetarians nowadays.

    I have accomplished roughly two thirds of this transformation plan and I couldn’t be happier. I’m currently 40 years old and spent my last 15 years struggling to escape from being overweight. The truth is that I always did it with aggressive diet plans, which worked for a couple of months but never led me to a real transformation.

    Now what gives me confidence that it will work this time? First, this is not a diet but a transformation plan, that combines healthy diet with a workout plan. So I ended up changing my routines, I learned to cook properly, and I’m on my wat to consider myself fit. Second, continuous monitoring from Miguel ensured that consistency would remain no matter how (de)motivated I felt sometimes.

    An important aspect was also the fact that Miguel put me at ease when I told him that I didn’t want to go vegan. My concern, besides from improving my health, is to decrease substantially my carbon footprint. I haven’t touched meat for two and a half months, it’s true, but I will in the future. The big difference is that I will do it maybe once or twice a month, instead of everyday. And I know I’ll do it without any feeling of deprivation, since this plan broadened my food options in a substantial way.

    Plus, Miguel is a nice easy going person, which really helps! Really happy our paths crossed!

    Omg! Where to start ... lol Miguel has been an angel sent from heaven!! Literally!! I’ve been struggling with an eating disorder for about 6-7 years now and working with Miguel and following his meal plan has helped me so much with developing a better relationship with food. I’m no longer hungry his meal plan is so satisfying and keeps me full for hours. In the past when I would binge eat I’d punish myself and continued binging for weeks ... but with Miguel I have learned that it’s ok if you slip up and I go on following his plan right after.

    I just finished my first month with Miguel, and I can't recommend him enough! I am a person over 50 and had a hard time loosing weight around my min section even though I am an active person. It was really depressing not seeing results. My brother had recommended Miguel, but because of my age I was skeptical to sign up. I finally decided to try and Miguel has NOT disappointed!

    He has made it so much easier for me in my transition to plant base meals. He provides me with a personalized shopping list and delicious, easy to make, meal plans catered to my needs and calorie count. I am finally seeing results!!!     Miguel is awesome! I can't recommend him enough. I just finished my first month and I am absolutely shocked at how much progress I have made. The meal plan is excellent and he has worked with me so much on fine-tuning it to my preferences, needs, and schedule.

    The food is soooo delicious and I am always super satisfied. I feel fantastic and full of energy. The app is great and super intuitive. I enjoy his posts on social media as well!     The exercise and meal plans are individualized for your own personal needs and capabilities, which increases the overall motivation to follow through -and honestly, that is not really difficult as the exercises are diverse & fun and the meals are pure vegan deliciousness! In this way, I lost almost 4 kilos in less than two months and I feel stronger and more in shape than ever without going hungry or training a crazy amount of hours per day.

    Miguel has been my go to guy for helping me stay on track with my delicious plant base meals! I can't reccomend him enough!!!I'm new to plant base foods so I really didn't known where to start. All I knew was that I needed help because I wanted to eat better, transition to plant base foods WHILE continuing to gain muscle mass- but I didn't understand the whole calorie count with plant base foods.

    Thats where Miguel EXCELS! We had a 1:1 video meeting where he took all my wants and needs and customized my own meals based on my goals. They were quick and easy meals to make (game changer for me)!!

    I don’t have words to express my gratitude to Miguel!!!!! He is amazing!!!! He has changed my life!!!!! I have been with different meal plans, trainers different diets my last 4 years with no results at all and very very hard workouts. I could not loss any weight. My body still big. I even went to a doctor to take pills to lose weight. I became full vegan 2 years ago. I was lost how to balance my meals.

    I met Miguel 4 months ago in a group with other nutritionist and trainers. There were 4 of them. I was in a fat loss challenge. Then, I had a connection with him. He was very transparent and his customer service was super quick and excellent. I saw his honesty and integrity!!! After, I finished with the challenge I realized he offers service one to one as a trainer and nutritionist. I started follow him on Instagram and I was very impressed with all his knowledge. I said my self, I am going to try again but now only with him. You don’t have any idea how many trainers and classes I have done in my last 4 years. Even, I was a member of 2 different gyms. I did everything and I was about to give up. I remember, I had to wait almost a month for Miguel. He did not have any spot for me.

    Even, he recommended me another nutritionist and I said no, I am going to wait for you Miguel. He was the guy!!! I felt it in my heart!!!! And thank God I did!!!!! During my first month with Miguel I lost 8 pounds. My husband said he has never sees me like this before. Full of energy, my body has changed a LOT!!!!! I feel super strong!!!! His trainings are only 30 min. I canceled my gym memberships. No more gyms!!!! I work out at home with my dumbbells and see a lot results!!!!!! I eat a lot!!!!! I love my meal plans!!!! This is my second month with him!!!!! I eat pizza, tacos, brownies, ice cream, burritos !!!!! I love all the recipes he creates for me!!!!! He adjusts the meal plans to the things you like and your culture!!!!!

    Now, my daughter is his client!!!! She is in transition to become vegan!!!! She sees my results and my meals and she wants Miguel to guide her!!!!! She is 17 years old. She got her first call with Miguel yesterday and she says he is super nice!!!!! Believe me, Miguel was my last hope and thank God he has changed my life. I feel happier, stronger, healthier.     Well what can I say...probably the best decision I’ve made! Turned vegan around 4 months ago, at the same time stopped training and unfortunately gained a lot of weight and lost all my strength. I’m currently in week 6 and have finally started to notice and feel the difference/benefits (can’t wait for the progress pics in week 12). Miguel has by far been the best online coach I’ve ever experienced; we more or less message every day and feels like he’s actually by my side on my transitional journey. The meal preps are easy, very tasty, fresh and full of flavour (will never miss the old cardboard chicken and rice lunches). His online app platform works a treat and I finally feel like it’s given me the structure and a solid routine that is bespoke to me.     I cant recommend miguel enough. Ive tried a couple of training and meal plans and they were not the best. But miguel gives you a meal plan with the exact amount of ingredients on the shopping list for 7 days so no food goes to waste. I feel stronger and healthier than before transitioning to a plant based diet. Miguel has taught me you don’t need to spend over an hour in the gym, train smart not hard. So far I’m in week 5 and i love the meals and training programme. Every day i have the app with miguel which gives me reminders for workouts and progress pictures. I really don’t have anything bad to say. Look forward to the journey ahead. The meals are different every day and unbelievably tasty 💪🏼
