Complete the payment, fill out questionnaires and schedule a call
Once the spot opens you'll be notified and asked to complete the payment, fill out questionnaires and schedule an initial consultation call with me, where we tackle all your goals, needs, preferences and obstacles and define your future coaching strategy.
Set up the coaching app on your smartphone/desktop
Follow the instructions you receive via email with the step-by-step guide how to set up the coaching app.

Get your meal plan and workout plan
You will receive one personalized meal plan and one personalized workout plan each month.

It usually takes 2-3 business days after our call to prepare your coaching strategy and the plans. You will receive them on Friday before your coaching starts so that you can have the weekend to get ready.

Start of the coaching program
Every coaching program starts on Monday and lasts 4 weeks.

You can reach out anytime (during business hours) for feedback, questions, or motivation.

3rd week

Review your progress and renew your coaching program
On the 3rd week we will revisit your progress on our monthly call and make adjustments, if needed, for your next month. After you fill out the questionnaires again and complete the payment, I will start working on your next month's plans.
4th week - Friday

Receive a new meal plan and workout plan for the next 4 weeks
For a seamless transition you receive your new plans on Friday to prepare over the weekend. Meanwhile you are still completing your 4th week of the previous program.
