How do I get started?
After applying you will be placed on a waiting list. Once a spot opens up you will receive an email with the next steps and schedule the initial consultation which takes place after the payment - pending schedule confirmation.
Are the plans customized?
Yes 100% customized. I will go over many questions in our initial consultation to make sure I get all the information I need to make the plans suited to you personally and to your:
  • current daily schedule;
  • time available to cook, meal prep and/ or workout;
  • food preferences/ allergies;
  • fitness level;
  • individual goals.
How long does it take to get a Coaching Plan?

The coaching plan (meal plan + workout plan) takes 3-5 business days from when all the necessary information is provided. Every 4 weeks, we will revisit your progress and I will create the new meal plan and updated workout plan for you.

Do you only work with vegans?
No, I work with vegans, vegetarians, or people following any type of diet that either want to transition to plant-based or reduce their animal product consumption. The exact time frame for dietary changes depends and varies from person to person.
I only want help with nutrition, can you do that?
Both packages (Super Coaching + Coaching) offer a customized 7-day meal plan per month. You can skip the workout plan if you don't need one but remember that by working with me you're not just getting these 2 plans but a unique experience and new habits that will stay with you forever.
Do the plans change every week?
No, they change every 4 weeks but you're free to ask for an amendment or two to the meal plan (only for Super Coaching).
I've never worked with a coach before!
Not a problem at all. You have me on your team and I will be with you every step of the way. You can ask me literally anything, remember, there's no such thing as a silly question.
How long should I do this for?
It depends. The minimum I recommend is 3 months, to form new habits and start seeing changes. My goal is to teach and guide you so when you'll be on your own you can apply the same principles and what you've learned to keep fit and healthy!
Do you accept couples?
Yes I've worked with couples multiple times. Since you most probably don't have the exact same goals you will be treated as two separate clients.
